One Word Photo Challenge – Beige

Here is my entry for this week’s One Word Photo Challenge – Beige.

A few years ago we were fortunate enough to spend a week at a wonderful property in Tuscany, about a 40 minute drive outside of Florence.

One thing we noticed about many of the buildings in the area was how well they blended into their peaceful surroundings, in large part because of their neutral beige color:

    Beige is far from being my favorite color but the grey windows shutters on that beige background is kind of a nice composition
