Winter is hard on wooden doors around here.

This door to a local country Church has seen better days:

  1. That’s different! I like the way the door is off to the side, for lack of a more intelligent way to put it. Red doors rule!

it reminds me of this designer who used have “red door” perfume – and it just has a classy feel with the red against that white –

  3. I do volunteer gardening at a local church and their doors are white but in the same condition. It always seems unusual that it doesn’t occur to those in charge that the entrance is a really integral part to maintain. I guess we all enter regardless of the condition of the doors. 🙂

I like the 1/3 – 2/3 division of that door, and yeah, red works too.

It looks like a lot of feet have kicked the snow off their boots at the side of that door …. or something has been trying to chew its way inside 😉
