Isn’t it interesting how much grief you get from some parts of the world for posting two photos of snow so early. In another part of the world, here I’m all excited at the prospect of getting to the mountains and snow by this weekend.

Thanks for dropping in. I hope you do get to enjoy your snow. Around these parts it gets so cold and winter lasts so long that no one, except the skiers, is in a hurry to see the white stuff 🙂

I fully understand, having spent some time in Finland. Snow has its charm, but it can get to you after a while. You may not believe it, but so does eternal sunshine.

I can hope for no snow until December but probably will be like a lot of others expecting it sooner than later! Norm, that mountain scene was beautiful and the aqua door could have been part of a doors post, so pretty. 🙂

Well I’m heading to the short-track speed-skating event in town this weekend so there’s a good chance you’ll see pics with ice in them next week.
