During certain Olympic Games I would rise in the dark to watch curling coverage, Norm. It reminds me of barroom shuffleboard, which I relished playing in my younger years. Alas, that was phased out in Syracuse joints … So I watch curling.

I have done a lot of curling in my lifetime. As your photo appeared on my screen I could feel the cold handle in my hand. Love this one Norm!

Thanks Sue glad you liked it.
We used to play once a week but gave it up a while back. Now we still try to get out for a friendly game once or twice a year. Lotsa fun!

I’m absolutely Canadian! My only unCanadian quirk is that Football and Tennis, rather than Hockey, are my favourite sports.

Oh wow… I used to live there, West Island. The Montreal Expos (RIP) are to this day my favorite franchise. I moved to Ottawa for most of my public schooling, then out here to wonderful Waterloo now. But I miss Quebec.
