This Week in the Garden – August 17, 2019

One photo and a few words every Saturday (and sometimes Sunday) about something interesting I find in our vegetable garden.

This week:

If anyone needs a few Cukes, just hit me up 😀

Lovely! Down south-ish,we like lime pickles. It’s a 3 day process but they are sooo delish! Enjoy your pickling experience!!

Peter Piper would be proud of you. Pickle on, my friend– if you decide to go that path, of course.

I would love some of your cukes. The heat has been hard on our garden. As much as we try, the cucumbers did not get consistent watering. What we do get have turned into a bitter disappointment. Your garden looks delightful and lush.

  12. In summer I cannot get enough cucumbers to make my delicious cold cucumber soup. Enjoy your bountiful crop!
