    Beautiful photo. I didn’t know that zucchini flowers looked like this. The ones I’ve seen were fried.

    Oh yes!! Fritters!! I haven’t had one in AGES!! It’s one thing I have a clear memory of from my Italian grandmother. She would cook up a batch and sprinkle them with freshly grated Romano cheese. Sigh! 💕

      Thanks Sheree. I have a few recipes for breaded/fried zucchini flowers but I’m always looking for new things to try in the kitchen 😉
