Here are a few contributions for Tuesdays of Texture from a recent trip to Atlanta:
You’ll find lots of other interesting texture pictures in posts linked up over at DE Monte Y MAR
By all means head on over to check them out and perhaps even add your own and play along.
Thanks you for looking 🙂
The way the dry leaves turn into green ones in the second image is what I felt most, thanks for sharing Norm!

Nice shots, Norm. People use wagon wheels in landscaping a lot in the west but I would not associate them with Atlanta.

That’s what I thought at first but it’s a Tex-Mex themed restaurant so it kinda makes sense 😉

Great set! Interested to know what that is growing up the tree?

Some sort of vine…no idea what it’s called.

Hi norm – I like both images for different reasons. The first has all that stuff to the back of the nice textured stones – as well as the whisp like grass with the harder wheel – and then with the second image – the tree bark and greens- it is all this close up clarity – and the photo has a different beauty! Hm – Nice pairing
Anyhow – happy Tuesday to ya !

That second shot reminds me of a tree at our house in Cleveland. It had ivy growing way up, some of it so thick that I had to saw it to cut through. The rest I tore off after cutting at the bottom. Took a while what was on top to die!
