Weekly Photo Challenge – Landscape (Part 1)

Here is an entry for the Daily Post’s weekly photo challenge:  Landscape

Admiring beautiful landscapes is what originally got me in to photography and over the years I’ve had the good fortune to visit and photograph some wonderful places. Here are a few of my favourites from Switzerland:

Loetschental Valley

Vineyards near Aigle

Aigle Castle – Wine Museum

As always, thank you for looking 🙂

The farming in the hills and mountains looks like Steppe farming or maybe it is just a way to prevent erosion. I loved the last photo, Norm. I try not to skip posts and circle back to ones I didn’t comment on.

  2. Nice; I’ll have to go back to Switzerland since it has been many years since we took a tour and stopped there.

In my opinion, any photo that includes mountains will be wonderful. Then of course you upped the ante by including a castle with turrets. Nice!
