Great pictures, Norm.
I was there in Sept 2013 and have a shot of me on my “about me” page with an eagle sat on top of my head. I never saw it until somebody pointed it out to me in the rock formation.

I realize how lucky I have been. I go to Vegas for business every two years and always try to book an extra day or two for myself to explore some of the nearby natural wonders.
If you do go, Red Rocks and Valley of Fire state parks are worth a visit as well.

Wonderful photos! It is hard to do justice to the Grand Canyon, but you gave it the depth that many photos lack. I live in Arizona, and have visited the Canyon many times. It still takes my breath away each time. Thanks for sharing.
