I love the lace-like pattern the shadows give the snow. 🙂

Thanks. Actually it was the shadows that first drew me in, then at one point I noticed the footprints and that’s when I knew I was in the right place for my shot.

Beautiful photo Norm. It’s funny, my wife and I were talking about how the dusting of additional snow last night revealed the footprints of all the visitors to our yard. Our dog was busy tracking all the cats, squirrels and birds.

Ahh Trent, I wouldn’t recommend walking on frozen rivers in that condition 😉 but I’m glad you liked it.
