It’s in Philadelphia, in a historic neighborhood called Elfreth’s Alley.
There should be a link above that will take you to the website of the historical society that helps promote/preserve the area.

One of the best doors ever! So many things to observe and appreciate – beautiful brickwork, gorgeous ‘dutch’ door, wonderful trim work, fascinating mail slot, shutters that actually work and would serve a purpose, egress with a quaint door, and the other cover which I’m guessing might be a basement window. Home run, Norm. 🙂

Judy you noticed all of the details that convinced me to stop and shoot this, and then some. As an amateur woodworker I really like the trim work too.
