    The nice thing about macro is that an object that is totally worthless of a photo if taken at 20 feet does become suddenly aesthetically appealing to the eye when taken at a very close distance. Even more, sometime you have no idea what exactly you are looking at but still find it beautiful.

      That’s so true and it’s one of the reasons why I’m enjoying macro so much. We can get in close and find interesting shapes, colours, and patterns on everyday objects. I have one 40mm f2.8 lens for now but I’m thinking of getting a longer one as well.
