Lots of great scenery in Nova Scotia and folks are so friendly and welcoming.
We have friends who live in the Halifax/Dartmouth region so we have an excuse to visit every few years.
We haven’t tried the Portland to Yarmouth ferry yet, but one day…
If you do, go up via the Fundy shore and check out the Annapolis Royal Historic Gardens: http://www.historicgardens.com – what a beautiful place!
And then there’s the Highlands of Cape Breton Island…sigh.

  3. What a beautiful shot. Love the many shades of blues and greens. Nova Scotia is on my husband’s bucket list and we’ve been considering the ferry from Portland. 🙂
